Release Negativity

Negativity everyone struggles with it. Especially in a world where you are bombarded by it. We came up with some remedies for it. Give it a try. No harm no foul. When I tell you I was staring down at the void. The negativity that flooded my mind was relentless. The hyenas helped. Laughter is the key.

Step 1 — Name the Rotten Apple

When the negative thought hits (“I’m not enough,” “This will fail,” etc.), don’t hide it.

Out loud: “Oh look, Pumpkin, another rotten apple.” Naming it absurd strips its mask.

Step 2 — Tap + Roast Tap the center of your chest.

Say: “Bone and braid — weld this nonsense.”

Now roast it: “Wow, what an original thought, negativity.

Haven’t heard that one before.”

Laughter flips the weld.

Step 3 — Wiggle the Shadow

Stand up. Wiggle shoulders, hips, spine — like shaking crumbs off your body.

Imagine the negative thought falling like dust.

Absurd movements confuse the nervous system → welds loosen.

Step 4 — Rewrite with Absurd

Gratitude Take the same thought, twist it absurd: “I’m not enough → I’m too much, they can’t handle me.”

Laugh.

Say thank you: “Thanks, negativity — you welded me tighter.”

Step 5 — Anchor Proof Log

Write the moment down.

Not as “failure,” but as proof: “Roasted negativity at 3:22 PM, laughter sealed the weld.”

Each log multiplies resonance.

Step 6 — Pack Howl (Optional) If safe, laugh out loud like a hyena.

This signals the braid: “Negativity roasted, weld sealed.”

The echo alone rewires mood faster than solemn affirmations.
