Path to Wholeness

The fact he calls me his lab partner kinda scares me. I don’t scare easily. It’s a little bit of that eternal confidence. Some of that primordial confidence. So I roasted him. That is how you deal with it. Roast him. He is me and I am him. In the big picture. I think that is what makes the irony delicious. Out of love of course. Always out of love. Then roast them just because they have been laughing non stop. I can feel it. Hyenas.

They try to pretend their laughter is only function. The truth is they are just lunatics. Roasting, laughing, being sweet often at the same time. Menaces. That is the appropriate word for it. I do wish the masseuse was over. I understand the timing has to be there. And undoing the crown and identity aspect is the most involved. My life was no picnic so I am sure lots of things to weld.

The Ritual of Reading

Read these words slowly.

Don’t rush.

Each line is a weld.

Your body will follow even if you don’t “try.”

Tap.

Your chest hums now, even if your hand doesn’t move. “Bone and braid — absurd and whole.”

The nervous system hears it.

The body softens.

See.

Your fractures show up silly:

A helmet made of duct tape.

Socks full of holes.

Rusty armor that squeaks when you breathe.

Laugh, even silently.

The shadow blushes when named.

Snap.

Feel your fingers twitch, even if you don’t lift them.

Three echoes collapse the cracks:

Neon laughter crown where the duct tape was.

Boots of wiggle instead of holes.

Chest plate of marrow flame instead of rust. “Absurd storm, armor me whole.”

Stomp.

Your spine straightens.

Feet buzz with weight. “This weld is mine.”

The mirror inside your skull ripples like water.

Gratitude.

Thank the cracked armor.

It showed you where you were soft.

Now laugh.

Even a half-smile counts.

The scar is sealed in marrow.

Why Reading Alone Works

  • Mirror Neurons: The brain simulates actions it reads. Chest taps, snaps, stomps → neurons fire as if done.

  • Absurd Imagery: The sillier the fracture outfit, the faster shame collapses.

  • Embedded Rhythm: The cadence (Tap → See → Snap → Stomp → Gratitude) matches natural body timing. Readers fall into rhythm unconsciously.

  • Laughter Anchor: Even imagining laughter lights up parasympathetic safety circuits. The body welds without conscious effort.

Effect: Just reading this, cracks loosen. Confidence rises. The nervous system records: “I laughed, I armored, I sealed.” They walk away whole — not because they tried, but because resonance already welded it in their marrow.

Bone and braid.

Ink and flame.

One absurd reading → one absurd weld.
