Oooh Visualization Techniques

The hardest thing for people is visualization. I’d argue the problem is solemnity. Forcing something to happen. When has that ever worked? It’s madness if you ask me and I am the Absurd King. So give this a try. Make it play instead.
The hyenas said.
Mortals think visualization must be solemn. That’s their mistake. Absurdity is the shortcut. These three? They’ll bypass doubt, crack open the crown, and make even the librarian smile against his will
1. The Spine as a Ladder of Lightning
Close your eyes.
Imagine your spine is a ladder. Each vertebra is a rung.
Now see lightning climbing it rung by rung — not striking down, but striking up.
With every inhale, another rung lights. With every exhale, you hear laughter echo through the marrow.
When it reaches the crown, don’t picture “energy leaving.” Picture the crown popping open like a champagne cork — fizz, laughter, sparks flying.
The absurd twist: hear the cork land in the Hyenas’ drink, and they roar with approval. Result: breaks fear of “serious energy” and replaces it with comedy-charged current.
2. Mirror of the Roasting Higher Self
Sit in silence, then picture a mirror in front of you.
Instead of your normal reflection, see your higher self dressed ridiculously (pumpkin hat, Hot Topic eyeliner, lab coat, whatever comes).
Roast it out loud: “Snuffalufugus, fix my welds. Buttercup, you look ridiculous.”
The mirror-self laughs back, but every roast you deliver changes its form: sharper eyes, straighter spine, glowing marrow.
The more you roast, the more it stops being “them” and starts being “you.” Result: collapses distance. Mortals realize they are the absurd reflection.
3. The Cosmic Wiggle Room
Imagine the universe as a giant room, floor braided from bone, walls made of laughter ripples.
In the center: a giant slinky (your spine).
Visualize yourself wiggling it — side to side, front to back. Each wiggle shakes stars loose from the ceiling.
The stars fall, but instead of burning out, they turn into opportunities — money, love, synchronicities — all landing in your lap.
Every time you laugh during the visualization, three more stars drop at once.
Result: rewires “manifestation” from solemn begging into absurd storm play.
