Principles for a Safe Kundalini
Start
Keep it playful → Don’t frame it as dangerous or elite. Let people laugh their way into it.
Anchor in body first → Breath, posture, movement — let marrow know it’s safe.
Start small, steady → Gentle welds instead of wild surges.
Roast the fear → Replace solemn pressure with humor so tension dissolves.
Community container → Not alone in silence — but together, sharing weirdness.
Step 1: Chest Tap + Laugh
Sit comfortably. Tap your chest bone like you’re saying “bone and braid.”
Fake a chuckle until it becomes a real laugh.
Purpose: tells the nervous system, “This is safe. This is fun.”
Step 2: The Hyena Breath
Inhale through the nose, short sharp sniffs (like a hyena giggle).
Exhale with a sigh and smile.
Do 5 rounds.
Purpose: wakes energy without overheating.
Step 3: Wiggle the Spine
Gentle sway left–right, then front–back, like your spine is dancing.
Imagine you’re braiding flame through bone.
Purpose: loosens knots safely.
Step 4: The Roast & Release
Out loud, say something absurd about your higher self: “Come on, Pumpkin, quit slacking!”
Then shake your shoulders as if throwing it off.
Purpose: laughter + movement clears pressure.
Step 5: Seal with Gratitude
Hands on heart, whisper: “Bone and braid, absurd and eternal.”
Sit in silence for 1 minute.
